My last post covered the basics of customer insights.  What they are, how to get them, and a few tips and tricks along the way.  Today we’re going to dive into real world examples using products and marketing campaigns!


This post includes some awesome creative from iconic brands. I would encourage you to explore each example and come up with the relevant insights on your own. I've included my take for you to review as well.


 

Product: Theragun

Campaign: Salesforce – Blaze Your Trail


The Blaze Your Trail campaign from Salesforce is all about empowering people to blaze their own trails with customer success at the forefront.  This is a fantastic integrated ad campaign that leverages the styling of the national parks.  I would highly recommend reading Behind the Scenes: The Making of Salesforce’s New Ad Campaign, which is written by former Chief Marketing Office Simon Mulcahy.
